Role profile - Women's Ambassador

Purpose
To promote the participation of women within the club and increase female membership, creating a more inclusive culture.

How

• Carry our regular satisfaction surveys of female members, and action the feedback as appropriate

• Arrange events for women

• Improve communication between female members

• Arrange events/promotion to encourage new female membership

• Attend committee meetings

Success criteria

• Increased female membership

• Greater satisfaction of female members
