Role profile - U23 rep

To represent the interests of the club's under 23 year old riders at committee and to offer a point of contact for them and prospective U23 members .
To encourage younger riders to represent the club to the highest standard and to promote the club through racing and good 'clubmanship'.
To review and administer adopted club policies for juniors, including
- annual entitlement to a free jersey to those who regularly race, and
- claims against the junior race fund.
To input into club polices on the safeguarding of children and young adults.

The role is not
To teach youngsters how to ride a bike or to accompany them on club rides.
