Sunday Easy Ride to Blaze Farm 25 Nov 2018

Who knew that a hilly easy ride would be so popular? 17 turned up at Broken Cross this morning, and Adele met us at the cafe to make a total of 18. The weather stayed dry for us despite the grey clouds. The cafe was quiet until we got there, just a small group from Warrington RC in already. The food was good, the service quick and the room toasty warm. It was a real effort to leave and get back on our bikes! The ride back made us realise just how much climbing we had done to get there. John was ride leader today, I was back sweeper, and the rest of the happy gang were Sue (first time out on a Sunday), Kirsten, Gwen, Yvonne, Jen and Kev, Simon R, Simon G, Dan, Jim, Mark H, Ian, Phil B, Griff and Paul R.
