Sat 1pm Hartington ride

15 riders came out for our ride out into the hills to Hartington. We had dry conditions with a strong WSW very gusty wind (great for the ride out but a battle back up the hills!!). We made very good time to our cafe in Hartington added by the strong wind. On our way back from Chelmorton we had a strong headwind. No punctures or mechanicals this week but our usual encounter and stop with cattle heading to the milking parlour. Our ride was just under 49 miles with around 4000ft of climbing and an average speed of 13 mph.
