This week, in addition to the hilly 77 mile route (led by Mark) at the faster club run's pace, we have an easier 46 mile ride to Jackson’s Garden Centre tea room at Bagnall. The route will be quite hilly on the way out via Danebridge, and there is a short, paced section of towpath near the hollybush inn on the Caldon canal. On the way home we join the Cycle paths through Chatterley country park and the Biddulph valley way back. Both these sections are paved (mostly) and should be suitable for road bikes.
