25.5 miles, easy pace, all welcome. Average speed 13-15 mph, less if hilly.

Weather looks fine this week. Should stay dry and very light wind so no excuses. With such perfect weather this week’s route takes us over Wincle Minn (one of my favourite routes). It is a little gravelly in places but a road bike is fine. Not too hilly - a total of about 550m of climbing. Easy to take a short cut back if required so a perfect nice steady ride.

We are a mutually supportive social group. The ride/group leaders have no specialist training or superpowers and accept no additional responsibility. We rely on everyone’s best endeavours to ride safely, support each other and never to ‘drop’ anyone. Each rider is responsible for their own wellbeing, basic spares etc.  Always tell the group if you/someone behind you needs to ease-up or stop.
