RULES:
We’ll do multiple climbs as a group.
The pace will be steady at strictly controlled power outputs.
You must stay with the group as long as possible, no matter what!
When you hit failure or can’t close a gap immediately, note your time and exit the group safely.
Improvements will be tracked over many weeks.
Regular PBs guaranteed if you arrive fresh.
