The Monday Training Ride returns! 19:00 from Broken Cross, led by Mark!
Ride Description:
The intention is that the pace will lie somewhere between the Thursday easier training ride and the somewhat faster Thursday training ride. Probably an average between 34 and 37 kph (21 - 23mph).
We will be using the the Swettenham circuit and it will be 40 km in total. The route is Pexhill to Siddington, Lower Withington, 2 x Swettenham loop (10 km a lap), then back to Siddington and up Pexhill.
Unlike the easier training ride you will need to make your own way back if the pace is too quick for you but there are options to cut across/shorten the lap. The pace will be controlled so as not to be too fast.
This is an ideal opportunity to progress from the easier training ride and a possible stepping stone to the fast training ride.
