RULES:
We'll do multiple climbs as a group (no "attacks" or going off the front)
The pace will be steady at strictly controlled power outputs. No power meter needed. Just hold on to the pace.
You must stay with the group as long as possible, no matter what!
When you hit failure or can’t close a gap immediately, note your time and exit the group safely.
Inevitable improvements will be tracked over many weeks through various charts.
Regular PBs guaranteed if you arrive fresh & ready.
