It’ll be 40 ish flattish miles with a cafe stop approximately halfway at Miola in Sandbach

• Speed will be on the slower side of steady

• It’s a social ride and inclusive  for all members

• Meet up at  South Park car park just before 12pm

• Bring a spare tube etc

• Mudgaurds and flaps are highly advisable if not down right essential

• Take front and back lights just in case and definitely if your partaking in the recommended social in the pub (Kings Head) post ride
