MTB ride to the Roaches

Postby bike5rider » Sat Feb 06, 2010 11:17 pm

Stats for today's impromptu ride to the Roaches

http://connect.garmin.com/activity/24089092

It was almost like a spring day with blue skies and a bit of warmth rather than the bitter air of the last few weeks.

Eight went out (well started) anyone up for brake maintenance -Brian? :-D

I had chain suck in the middle ring once it had got crap on it so have changed that to stop losing another chain or having to use the big ring up hills!
