Roger stirs up a storm!

For those of you who haven't heard about Roger's spat with Mick Ives see the following:

Strange goings on. Don't understand how someone can be found guilty of taking pace
ace and not DQ'd

Bad link, bad karma. Some strange force, possibly emanating from the midlands, appears to be preventing my machine showing the correct one.

Hi folks, yes it does seem abit strange that he was found guilty and not disqualified, to many things went in his favour.
The RTTC were not satisfied with the outcome that had been reached by the North Midlands VTTA so I had to go to another hearing, but in the end they came to the same decision. To find him GUILTY of reg 21 Draughting and give him a severe reprimand So he was allowed to keep his time and his medal
WHY ??

Here's my reply to the massive support I had from many people not only on the RTTC forums but who've heard about the case.

Would like to thank everyone for their support in this matter it has been a great help to me.
From the outset I had nothing really to gain from this on the day just the fact that I hate people who cheat. It was not only me that was affected but many people in the event where he had a gained a faster time than he was capable of on that day. So he now has a medal and a place in the record books that he gained by default. Had prize money been involved he would have had that as well, where it rightfully belonged to someone else !!! It could have been you.
Now looking forward to next year trainings underway already,
see you all soon
Many Thanks again
Roger
