For those that are interested Cycling Time Trials national AGM agenda/accounts and notes attached.

Only scanned it so far but many proposals including admin, evening out cash flow and avoiding perceived misinterpretations to rules.

However two of note spring out being ;
15) requirement to have working rear light. (interestingly the proposed rule would only require this at the start of the event, providing for mishaps and malfunctions but not dissuading dicards )
16) requiring all competitors to wear an approved helmet. ( currently under 18 only ).

The notes appear to be explanation of why levies are charged. Which, in my opinion, the level of seems reasonable, given the CTT provides national structure, promotes national championships and covers insurance for each event.

Most interesting.
The documents illustrate how much we owe to our Club and Open Event volunteer organisers having to be so observant and alert to all the mandatory requirements, controls, and associated procedures that are in place.
As Mr Malc has stated, the levy amounts appear quite reasonable when one considers the obligations, hard work, and achievements of the National organisation.
