Can someone give me a pointer on camping for Wild Wales please. I haven't done the event before so if everyone's either camping or B&Bing together I'd like to do the same thing.

Cheers

last year a lot of us camped here
http://www.tyisafbala.co.uk/tyisaf_site_page_river.html
It got very muddy and the toilet facilities were not that good.
We phoned them a couple of weeks ago and they said they had improved the situation and added some new loos and showers
so Elaine and I have booked in there again. Don't know about the other campers.

Recognising that it might not last long (looks hilly early on  ), what time is everyone planning to start at? Would be good to cycle at least the first 8 miles in a group!! :toothy8:

good luck. i did it last year and it was the hardest ride i'd done up until then. it's good fun, even if the weather turns out rubbish. i've just done a 171km sportive where it pissed down for 99% of the 7 hours it took me to ride it…

the good news is that the club jersey is easy to spot when you've been dropped on the climb…

:salut:
